With more than 15 years experience and many modalities in my toolbox, I support my clients to make much wanted shifts in their lives. I know firsthand the power of these tools and modalities. After a bad car accident in 2011 left me needing to learn to walk again, it was the Reiki healings, meditation, bodywork and connection to Spirit that supported my recovery. These days I spend my time sharing the transformational power of these modalities with other incredible humans, to live a life with more ease and grace.
