Hi I'm Jude. Psychotherapist, Reiki Master, Somatic Therapist, Systemic Family Constellations Practitioner, Shamanic Healer in training and lifelong learner!

I started Unity Therapies to provide a safe healing space for you to be your authentic self. You deserve to live a more soul aligned nourishing life – one that is lighter, happier and more fulfilled. When you work with me, you enter in to a collaborative partnership in your own healing journey. You will be guided by an approach tailored to best fit you. There are no cookie cutter solutions around here!

With more than 15 years experience and many modalities in my toolbox, I’ve supported hundreds of clients to make much wanted shifts in their lives. I understand the importance of authenticity, honesty, empathy and deep listening to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, so that you can make the shifts and changes you most need to heal and start living a more meaningful life. Using a person-centred and soul driven approach, we will work on your goals and dreams together. I know firsthand the power of these tools and modalities. After a bad car accident in 2011 left me needing to learn to walk again, it was the Reiki healings, meditation, bodywork and connection to Spirit that supported my recovery. These days it is an absolute joy to share the transformational power of these modalities with you – to help you live a life with more ease and grace.
